F2P Dominion 1.1 today-EVE Online (01/22/2010)

Today, players will be able to play Dominion 1.1 for free after an extended downtime.

In addition, EVE will offer a fun tool, which allows for real time modulation of voice chat in the built in-EVE Voice tool for fleets and to raise or lower your voice, alter its quality and even switch genders to match your avatar!
