An Overview and Guide for 4Story (10/27/2009)

In 4Story there are two Iberian enemy kingdoms: DeFugel and Craxion. Choose which kingdom you would like to fight for. As one of their supporters you will fight in fantastic battles to secure peace throughout the country and to help reveal its legendary secrets. The fate of the country lies in your hands. Discover the world of 4Story and become part of this thrilling role playing game with a clever battle system and exciting missions. Travel through the time, discover unknown territories and master different challenges.

1. Cash Shop
Tip for upgrading your weapon:
1. Visit Elf weapon merchant and buy a weapon.
2. Visit supply soldier Mr. Bob buy Upgrading magic scroll
3. Visit Upgrading engineer soldier Lugi for upgrading
4. Usually weapon can upgrade up to level 3 safely. After that you make break your weapon. In order to prevent that you may use Protection of upgrading from the cash shop. Also you can raise the chance of success by using Potion of Fortune
5. Weapon from Lv 1-10, Upgrading probability is higher when tried in even numbers
6. Weapon from Lv 11- higher, probability is higher when tried in odd numbers
 
2. Quests
There are main quests which you can complete once. There are sub quests which you can repeat within the level range of 4. There are instant dungeon quest with high EXP rewards at level 19, 29, 39, 49, 59, 65.

 

3. Mission map
There are mission maps which can be entered according to your levels. You gain more EXPs hunting monsters in mission maps compared with normal maps. But remember, there is always a risk of running into opposite kingdom players. If you kill opposite kingdom players, you can earn honor points and Merit points.
 
4. Second battle map
Starting level 40, You can now try the field type instant dungeons. They are listed below.

Arahoor Barrier (Higher Level)
Nardwasil Battle (Lower Level)
Nardwasil Battle (Higher Level)
Here, you start to get unique items with good options together with valuable upgrading items and ingredients with the need of 4 story luna.
 
5. Territory occupation
Territory occupation begins 19:00 PST (Pacific Standard Time) from Monday to Friday. You must be the the member of a guild to join the territory occupation. There are total of 27 areas to fight for. This is large scale battle (RvR). Your guild can earn massive Merit points and Honor points.
 
6. Craft system
You can collect ingredients from monsters you hunt to make items, armors, and weapons. It is fun to create your own items even when you are low level and some ingredients can be sold at good price to high level players. It supports the economy of the game.
 
7. PvP system
4Story is all about PvP. Story itself deals with 2 kingdoms battle with one another. You can meet enemies of opposite side in the field, Mission map, and during the territory occupation. Remember you can gain Honor points and Merit points by participating in PvP.
 
8. Three kingdoms (Craxion, Defugel, Broa)
Broa is not yet opened to users to choose from. So now it is a battle between Craxion and Defugel. However, it will become a lot more complex and interesting once Broa opens as a 3rd kingdom in 4Story.
 
9. RSCS system
RSCS system allows you to see the enemy players on the minimap. You can give commands by using RSCS by clicking on minimap for your team members to Move, hold, and attack.
If such commands are given, blinking arrows will point the direction in the game screen. And most importantly, 1 commander can control 7 party leaders and 49 players.
